These Terms of Service explain how you may access and use MyTSCupid, including our digital dating profile tools, conversation resources, safety guides, memberships, credits, and related online services.

The Services may include, depending on your membership, purchase, location, and account status:

4. Accounts and access

5. Memberships
MyTSCupid offers paid memberships that provide access to digital tools, templates, guides, resources, and account features for a selected period. Available membership options may include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
The membership period, price, included features, and any included credits are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Membership access begins after successful payment unless stated otherwise.
Memberships are for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit membership content or account access without our written permission.
Membership changes
We may update our membership features, prices, or plan names in the future. Changes will not reduce the paid access period you have already purchased, but future renewals or new purchases may be offered under updated terms or pricing.
6. Credits
Credits are digital units that can be used inside MyTSCupid for eligible credit-based tools, such as profile text improvements, message rewrites, dating bio ideas, conversation prompts, safety planning resources, or other supported digital actions.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, sold, redeemed outside MyTSCupid, or used for any purpose other than eligible in-account tools.
The number of credits required for a specific tool or action may vary depending on the feature. We may update credit costs, credit pack sizes, and eligible credit uses from time to time.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, credits are delivered digitally to your account after successful payment. We may refuse, reverse, or remove credits in cases of fraud, chargeback, payment failure, account abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
7. Payments and billing
Prices are displayed before checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown during the purchase process. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those payment methods may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
You must provide accurate billing information and use only payment methods that you are authorized to use. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, appears fraudulent, is disputed, violates these Terms, or cannot be verified.
Subscriptions and renewals
If a membership is offered as a recurring subscription, the renewal terms, renewal price, billing interval, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in your account area. You are responsible for cancelling any recurring subscription before the next billing date if you do not want it to renew.
If a membership is sold as a one-time fixed access period, access will end when the purchased period expires unless you purchase another membership.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at support@mytscupid.com so we can review the matter. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the disputed purchase while the payment provider investigates. We may provide transaction records, delivery records, login records, account activity, and support communication to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.
8. Digital delivery
All MyTSCupid products and services are delivered digitally. Delivery may occur through your online account, dashboard, downloadable files, unlockable tools, credit balance, email access link, or other digital access method.
After successful payment, digital access is usually made available immediately or within a short processing period. If you experience a technical issue with access, contact support@mytscupid.com and include your order details.
Important: Because our products are digital, you are responsible for checking that you understand what you are purchasing before completing payment.
9. Refunds and withdrawal rights
We want our pricing, delivery, and refund rules to be clear before you buy. Because MyTSCupid provides digital tools, templates, guides, credits, and account access, purchases may become available shortly after payment.
Digital access and completed delivery
Where permitted by applicable law, purchases for digital content, memberships, credits, and immediately accessible digital tools are generally final once access has been delivered, credits have been added, files have been downloaded, or the digital service has started.
EU and EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. For digital content or digital services that begin immediately, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or performance begins.
If your legal withdrawal right applies and has not been lost or waived under applicable law, you can contact us at support@mytscupid.com within the applicable period. We will review your request in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Technical issues
If you paid but cannot access your purchased membership, credits, or digital resources due to a technical issue, contact us. We may, depending on the situation, restore access, re-deliver the digital product, correct the credit balance, extend access, or offer another reasonable solution.
Non-refundable situations
Unless required by applicable law, we generally do not provide refunds for used credits, accessed digital tools, downloaded resources, expired memberships, partially used membership periods, account suspension caused by a violation of these Terms, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations that were not promised by us.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use MyTSCupid in a lawful, respectful, and responsible way. You may not use the Services to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful.
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, or abuse
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, or deceptive activity
- Content involving minors in any romantic, sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate context
- Adult, explicit, pornographic, escort, prostitution, or sexual-service content
- Illegal products, services, transactions, or activities
- Automated scraping, unauthorized bots, reverse engineering, or system abuse
- Uploading malware, harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
- Violating another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights
- Reselling, sharing, or commercially exploiting account access, credits, or paid content
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel purchases, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we need to protect users, our business, payment providers, or the integrity of the Services.
11. User content
You may enter or upload text, profile details, preferences, prompts, messages, or other materials into the Services. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring that you have the right to use it.
You retain ownership of your own content. However, you grant us a limited right to process, store, display, and use your content as needed to provide the Services, operate your account, generate outputs, improve functionality, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
You should not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the Services. You should also avoid uploading private information about other people without their permission.
12. AI-assisted tools
Some MyTSCupid features may use automated or AI-assisted tools to generate profile suggestions, message ideas, rewrites, prompts, summaries, or other digital outputs. These outputs are generated based on the information you provide and the tool being used.
AI-assisted outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, complete, or suitable for your personal circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output before relying on it or sending it to another person.
We recommend using generated content as a starting point rather than as a final message. Your communication should remain honest, respectful, and consistent with your own intentions.
13. No outcome guarantees
MyTSCupid provides digital tools, educational resources, writing support, templates, and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific personal, social, romantic, financial, emotional, or communication outcome.
We do not guarantee that your profile will receive more attention, that someone will reply to you, that a conversation will continue, that you will meet someone, or that any relationship or personal result will occur. Your experience depends on many factors outside our control, including your own choices, how you use the tools, other people’s preferences, and the platforms where you apply your profile or messages.
14. Intellectual property
MyTSCupid, including its website design, text, tools, templates, prompts, guides, software, branding, graphics, resources, downloads, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to 2Date Media and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your membership or purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased digital materials for your own personal use. It does not transfer ownership of MyTSCupid materials to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, share, sublicense, distribute, modify, scrape, or create competing products from our paid content, templates, tools, or resources without our written permission.
15. Availability and service changes
We aim to keep MyTSCupid available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. The Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party providers, security matters, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or replace parts of the Services. Where a change materially affects paid access you already purchased, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative where appropriate.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MyTSCupid at any time. If you have an account, you may contact us if you want help with account closure, subject to any legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping requirements.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe that you have violated these Terms, used the Services unlawfully, abused payment systems, filed fraudulent disputes, shared account access, attempted to misuse credits, or created risk for MyTSCupid, other users, payment providers, or third parties.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined under these Terms and applicable law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTSCupid and 2Date Media are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, emotional distress, or outcomes resulting from your use of generated content or dating-related decisions.
The Services are provided for general informational, educational, and profile-improvement purposes. They are not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, meetings, safety choices, and use of any output or resource.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
