Service Credits let you pay for predefined services and deliverables related to MyTSCupid products (plugins, setup, troubleshooting, small improvements, and SEO tasks). Credits are not hourly development time.
How It Works
What credits are for
Use credits for fixed-scope work such as:
- Installation, setup, updates, and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and conflict checks
- Small UI/CSS/content adjustments
- SEO deliverables (audits, on-page changes, internal linking)
- Priority handling (faster queue)
Before you buy credits (important)
Contact us first with your request (what you want done + your website URL). We’ll confirm:
- whether it fits within credit services
- the exact credit cost
- what we need from you (access/logs)
- an estimated delivery plan
This gives you a clear price quote in credits before you purchase.
Credit validity (expiry)
Service Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, any unused credits will expire.
Credit pack purchases are final except where required by applicable law. Any refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy: https://mytscupid.com/refund_returns/

Fixed deliverables, fixed scope
Credits cover only what’s agreed in the quote. Anything outside scope is quoted separately.
What we may need from you
Website URL, product name/version, hosting details, error logs, screenshots, and—only if necessary—temporary access (staging or a temporary admin user).
Not covered by credits
Large custom features, major redesigns, complex integrations, and any promise of SEO rankings/traffic outcomes.
