Refund Policy

1) Trial
We offer a 7-day trial so you can test My True Script Cupid, our plugins, and PWA apps before purchasing. Please review the trial carefully to confirm the product fits your needs and hosting environment.

2) EU/EEA/UK consumers – right of withdrawal (digital content)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content or digital services supplied online, this right can end once performance begins if you (a) request immediate delivery/performance and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Where applicable, we ask for this consent and acknowledgement at checkout before granting access to downloads, license keys, dashboards, or other digital delivery.

3) Our 7-day money-back guarantee (commercial policy)
In addition to any mandatory legal rights, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only if all conditions below are met:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase date; and
  • The product has essential functionality that does not work on your site/server in a standard supported environment; and
  • Our support team has had a reasonable chance to troubleshoot and cannot make the essential functions work.

4) What we may request to verify and troubleshoot
To evaluate and fix the issue, we may ask for reasonable technical details such as: hosting/PHP version, error logs, plugin/theme conflicts, screenshots/video, and (only if needed) temporary access via a secure method (e.g., a staging site, temporary admin user, or screenshare). We do not require permanent credentials.

5) Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind after the trial (when the product works as described);
  • Issues caused by unsupported or heavily modified environments, third-party conflicts, or custom code outside our scope;
  • Failure to provide the information needed to reproduce the problem;
  • Renewals/recurring subscription charges after the initial period (unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise).

6) How to request a refund
Contact us us with: order number, purchase email, product name, website/domain, and a short description of the problem (include logs/screenshots if possible).

7) Refund processing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days; your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

8) Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help quickly. Unresolved disputes may be handled under your payment provider’s dispute process.
